Indecency and Insinuated Profanity Included in Buffalo Wild Wings Ad!

Currently, the f-bomb is blatantly being used during a particular Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) commercial advertising the restaurant chain’s bottomless appetizer. The ad features Kendall Washington and Kaylor Martin from the inappropriate Love Island USA (a dating reality show), who are discussing the bottomless apps.
The commercial takes place in a BWW restaurant while the two are standing at a high-top table. At first, they are shown only from the waist up.
The dialogue between the two goes like this:
“Bottomless apps for $9.99 at Buffalo Wild Wings!”
“Such a nasty idea!”
“I can’t believe this is even allowed?”
“I’m completely unrestricted now.”
“How is this even legal?”
“Now, I get why people do this.”
“I feel like I finally let go of everything!”
“Just let it all hang out.”
“I don’t even know why I am crying.”
Toward the end of the commercial, the BWW server walks up and says, “Just so you know, the apps are bottomless; You’re not supposed to be.”
Next, the camera zooms out to show their bottoms pixelated indicating they are not wearing any clothing from the waist down.
The ad ends as Kaylor yells, “F---.” She is cut off by a BWW commercial voiceover about the bottomless apps.
Kendall replies, “I guess we went a bit too nasty?” Kaylor shakes her head in disagreement.
Foul language (or implication of it) is unnecessary in any advertisement. Yet, that is apparently what BWW intended.
BWW has deliberately chosen to produce controversial advertisements instead of wholesome ones. One Million Moms finds this highly inappropriate.
Apparently, BWW executives do not care about what children hear – despite how damaging and destructive such ads are to our children. Everyone knows kids repeat what they hear.
Let the restaurant chain know that, as a parent and a consumer, you are disgusted by its recent irresponsible marketing choices. BWW needs to be held accountable!
This ad demonstrates weak marketing, and BWW needs to know that parents disapprove!
