One Million Moms is encouraging the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to keep the entertainment and advertisements clean during Super Bowl LIII since he weighs in heavily on these decisions. Some of our supporters no longer watch NFL ballgames, but for those families that still do, we are asking this year’s Super Bowl halftime show and commercials be kept family friendly.
NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told the Army Times last year that the advertisement program "is designed for fans to commemorate and celebrate the game, players, teams, and the Super Bowl." Fans would most definitely include children.
Please sign our petition to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell requesting Super Bowl LIII be kept suitable for all ages since children will also be watching the game on Sunday, February 3, 2019 on CBS.
